1. What services does GreenApple Healthcare offer?

GreenApple Healthcare provides a wide range of personalized care services to meet each client’s needs. 2. How do I know if my loved one needs home care?

Some common signs include difficulty with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, cooking, and medication management. If your loved one feels isolated, has mobility challenges, or has recently been discharged from the hospital, home care can greatly improve their comfort and safety. We're happy to offer a free consultation to help determine the right level of care.

3. Are your caregivers certified and experienced?

Yes. At GreenApple Healthcare, all of our caregivers are trained, licensed, and background-checked. Many come with years of hands-on experience in both clinical and home care settings. Our founder, Dorothy Ewusie, has been a nurse for over 15 years and oversees care standards to ensure every client receives the highest level of professionalism and compassion.

4. How quickly can services start?

In many cases, we can begin services within 24 to 48 hours after your initial consultation. We understand that care needs can arise unexpectedly, which is why our intake and planning process is efficient. We’ll work with you quickly to design a care plan that meets your timeline and your loved one’s needs.

5. Can I choose the caregiver for my loved one?

Absolutely. We believe in the importance of compatibility. After assessing your needs, we’ll suggest caregivers who align with your preferences and values. You’ll always have the opportunity to meet and approve any caregiver before services begin. Your comfort and trust in our team are top priorities.
